I was with E co,1/35th 3rd brigade, 4ID We had our 4.2 Mortar platoon by FOB2. we had a huge bunker below ground level for most of the platoon. pulled a lot of fire missionsWe were about 100 yds from the old French mess hall with our gunpits. very busy time so long ago, fleeting memories
